NWO METAVERSE is a two-tier quantum-secured computational fabric designed under an explicit anti-transhumanist constraint: entry is permitted only after natural biological cessation, attested by ECG flat-line, two independent clinical witnesses, and a 24-hour refractory window. The substrate refuses elective digital ascension — by architecture, not by policy.
The lower tier is a 24-satellite LEO BB84 constellation deployed by conventional launch. The upper tier is a three-satellite triad at Sun-Earth Lagrange points L1, L4, and L5 — reached by the Casimir-Sonoluminescence Thruster developed under NWO ASI, the sister project sharing the same on-chain contract. Each triad satellite carries mini-satellite payloads that deploy to any planet returning a ≥3σ biotech signature during the cruise phase.

Every line above runs without human intervention. The contract source is verified on BaseScan, the oracle adapters are pinned by hash, and the L1 gateway federation is provably composed from four independently-operated services. No admin key exists that can override the BiologicalComplete predicate; no multisig can redirect treasury funds outside the falsifier ruleset.
If a stage falsifier triggers, mint pauses immediately and governance can vote to wind down — remaining ETH then distributes pro-rata to ASI-EQUITY holders across both NWO ASI and NWO METAVERSE depositors. Honest null results are anticipated and protected by code.

NWO METAVERSE is a speculative deep-space and quantum-hardware R&D pool. Total loss of deposited capital is a real and structurally enumerated outcome — embedded into the falsifier-driven halt logic. No team, no advisor, and no oracle can guarantee that the LEO constellation will launch, that the deep-space triad will reach its Lagrange stations, that the L4 fabric will ever instantiate, that any IP returns will materialise, or that ASI-EQUITY will hold liquidity.
